• Your gift card will be mailed to the address you provided on the order.
• You will receive a confirmation email with the card number listed on the card.
• The card includes the design and shipping. The frame type and size depends on the value of the card and options you chose. The recipient may choose to upgrade for an additional fee, if needed.
• The gift card can be used anytime. There is no expiration date.
• To redeem the gift card, please have the recipient contact us and provide the coupon code on the back of the card.
• If the card is lost, you can use the number provided in the confirmation email.
